48-hour ship plan

1. Hour 0–2 · Pick your rails

   Preview or Preprod. Install Lace, fund it from the faucet. Pick Mesh or Lucid.

2. Hour 2–8 · Wallet-only build

   Get CIP-30 connect working end-to-end on Lovable. Display address + ADA balance. Do not build the app feature until this is green.

3. Hour 8–24 · One transaction

   Ship one tx path (send ADA, mint an NFT, lock in a validator). Show tx hash + explorer link on success. Handle "no UTxOs" and "wrong network" errors explicitly.

4. Hour 24–40 · Feature layer

   Build the actual product feature on top of the working tx. Keep the UI in one page — no premature routing.

5. Hour 40–48 · Polish + demo

   OG image, README, 60-second Loom, and a persistent testnet banner. Publish on Lovable, submit.
